Terms & Conditions

By engaging with our services, attending our events, or joining any programme within Your AJency Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of all services, memberships, events, and digital or in-person offerings provided by Your AJency Ltd. By booking, purchasing, or engaging with our services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Services We Provide

Your AJency Ltd currently offers the following categories of services:

a) SEEN Membership

  • Minimum commitment: 3 months, billed monthly.

  • After the initial 3-month period, membership rolls on monthly unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

  • Deliverables and access are described on the membership page and may evolve to improve the programme.

b) 1:1 Strategy & Consulting Sessions

  • Includes strategy calls, audits, business clarity sessions, and brand/marketing consulting.

  • Sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the session.

c) Marketing, Branding & Content Services

  • Includes done-for-you marketing, content creation, planning, brand support, and creative collaboration.

  • Project scope and timelines will be agreed in writing before work begins.

  • Any additional requests outside of the agreed scope may be billed separately.

d) Events, Workshops & Experiences

  • All event tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • This includes in-person and virtual events, workshops, and live experiences.

  • If you cannot attend, you may not transfer your place to another date or person.

3. Payments

  • Payments are taken via Stripe or other approved platforms.

  • All payments must be made upfront unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

  • Late or failed payments may result in paused services or removal from programmes until payment is resolved.

Deposits

For any project or service requiring a deposit:

  • Deposits are non-refundable, except where we cannot deliver the service.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

General Policy

As our services involve time, expertise, preparation, and digital access, all sales are final unless stated otherwise.

No Refunds On:

  • SEEN Membership payments

  • Strategy sessions once booked

  • Digital resources

  • Creative/marketing retainers once work has started

  • Events (non-refundable + non-transferable)

Cancellations by You

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing.

  • For SEEN, 30-day notice applies after the initial 3-month commitment.

  • Missed sessions (no-shows) are not refundable or replaceable.

Cancellations by Us

If we must postpone or cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a new date or offer an alternative where possible.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information required for service delivery

  • Deliver materials, feedback, or approvals on time

  • Attend scheduled sessions

  • Honour communication boundaries and timelines

  • Understand that delays in client communication may affect project timelines

We are not responsible for missed deadlines caused by missing information or slow response times.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, strategies, frameworks, and content provided by Your AJency Ltd remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

  • Final deliverables for commissioned creative work may be used by the client for their business as agreed.

  • We reserve the right to use finished work, case studies, or project summaries for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a written NDA is agreed beforehand.

7. Results Disclaimer

We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, or growth results. All marketing and business outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Your AJency Ltd is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Lost revenue, opportunities, or business results

  • Third-party platform issues (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Canva, email platforms, payment processors)

Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any service or membership if a client is disrespectful, uncooperative, or violates these Terms.
Fees due for completed or in-progress work must still be paid.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
