These marketing mentor & visbility coaching sessions tend to be online but if you are in the south Manchester area or willing to come to me, then they can be IRL.
Yes, absolutely our session is recorded and will be sent to you after the session.
Depending on the theme I sometimes create a mind map live on the call and can send you a copy of that. But otherwise, notes are taken by you and there is no follow up.
